From discrepancy data to a focused action plan

What this tool answers

Which mismatches create the greatest financial or operational risk? Which items should be recounted first? Are a few items driving most of the exposure? The analyzer makes those decisions visible without requiring a WMS or spreadsheet formulas.

Recommended workflow

Import a completed count, analyze the priorities, recount critical items independently, review receiving/issues/transfers, document the root cause, then post approved adjustments. Export the result as your review evidence.

Interpret accuracy carefully

Exact-match accuracy is intentionally strict. A business may also use quantity or value tolerances, but these should be approved internally and applied consistently. High-value A items normally warrant tighter control.

Inventory Accuracy Analyzer — FAQs

Is inventory data uploaded to DIXANI?

No. CSV parsing, analysis and exports happen in your browser. Refreshing the page removes the working data unless your browser restores the tab.

Why can an item with zero variance still receive a risk score?

High-value, fast-moving, overdue or historically inaccurate items may deserve a preventive count even when the current record matches.

Is the ranking a replacement for internal controls?

No. It is a decision-support model. Review its reasons against your materiality thresholds, product criticality and operating procedures.

What does ABC mean?

ABC separates items by cumulative annual usage value. A items contribute the first 80%, B the next 15%, and C the remaining 5% under the tool’s default method.
