DIXANI is an independent website operated by a small team. There is no call centre, live chat or telephone support line, and no physical office address is published. Email is the fastest and most reliable way to reach us.
What to Include in Your Message
A clear subject line helps route your message to the right place. For bug reports, corrections and template requests, including the following details allows us to reproduce and fix the issue much faster:
- The name of the tool or the page address (for example, /logistics/cbm-calculator/).
- The exact values you entered into the calculator.
- The result you received and the result you expected.
- Your browser and device type, if the issue looks visual or behaves differently across devices.
- A short description of what you were trying to accomplish.
Screenshots are welcome but never required. Plain text describing the steps you followed is usually enough for us to investigate.
Bug Reports
If you find an error in a calculator or template, please include the name of the tool, the values you entered and a short description of the problem. This makes it easier to identify and correct the issue.
Calculation errors are treated as a priority. DIXANI tools are intended to support real business, inventory, warehouse and logistics decisions, so an incorrect formula is a genuine defect rather than a cosmetic problem. Where a reported error affects an underlying calculation, the fix is applied to the tool itself so every visitor benefits.
Please include the result you expected alongside the result the tool produced. If you can share the formula or working you used, that helps us confirm whether the tool, the inputs or an assumption is responsible.
Corrections to Guides and Content
If you believe a guide, definition, formula explanation or worked example contains an inaccuracy, please tell us. Include the page address and, where possible, a source that supports the correction. Corrections supported by a reference are prioritised over unsupported opinions.

Tool & Template Suggestions
Suggestions for practical inventory, warehouse, logistics, business, finance or converter tools are welcome. DIXANI focuses on resources that solve common everyday operational problems.
The most useful suggestions describe the task you are trying to complete and the inputs you already have to hand, rather than naming a specific calculator. If you currently solve a problem with a spreadsheet, telling us how that spreadsheet works is often the clearest way to explain what a tool needs to do.
DIXANI deliberately does not attempt to replace full ERP, warehouse management or accounting systems. Suggestions are most likely to be built when they address a focused, repeatable calculation or a structured record that people commonly manage manually.
Reporting a Broken Link or Download
If a link, downloadable spreadsheet or PDF fails to open, please send the page address and the name of the file or link that did not work. DIXANI templates are supplied in Excel (.xlsx) and, for selected documents, PDF format. If a file does not open in your spreadsheet application, telling us which application and version you are using helps us determine whether the file or the viewer is responsible.
Response Times
DIXANI is maintained alongside other work, so responses are not instant. As a general guide:
- Bug reports and calculation errors — reviewed first, typically within a few working days.
- Corrections to content — reviewed as part of the next content update.
- Tool and template suggestions — acknowledged when possible, but not every suggestion can be implemented.
- General enquiries — answered as time allows.
If you do not receive a reply, it is usually because the message was filtered as spam or because it did not require a response. You are welcome to resend after a reasonable period.

DIXANI does not currently offer consulting, custom development or paid placement of products and services. Advertising enquiries relating to display advertising on the site can be sent to the email address above.
